The humanitarian organisation of Pskov’s Region “Happy Childhood”  is a voluntary social organisation, legal and independent, based on membership, created on September 25^th, 2003 due to the free expression of people united to work together to improve conditions for development of minors from lower income families. The organization is installed on the territory of the Pskov Region – North West of Russia.

This site contains information about the history, aim and objectives, strategy and implementation of the Organisation’s “Happy Childhood” programs.
