The social rights does the project address are:

a) Adequate standard of living (including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions);
b) The right of everyone to education;
c) Access to medical care and social security, including social insurance;
d) Enjoyment of just and favorable conditions of work;
e) Cultural rights.

The project’s target group:

Children, teenagers and other youth aged 10 to 30 years

What is the current stage of this project?

This project is very large. For this reason, the autor chosed a strategy to split it into smaller projects (micro- projects). It is much easier to receive a grant for a small project than for a large one.
Up to now 2 micro-projects received grant in Russia. The first one is called «Promotion of Tolerance through intercultural cooperation of youth in small towns of the Russia’s North-West» (granted by Welfare Foundation for support of civil initiatives “Tochka opory”) and the second – “Preparation of rural Youth of the Pskov Region on self-realization in conditions of economic crisis” (with grant from the Regional Public Organization “Institute for Problems of Civil Society” by order of the President of Russia on March 16, 2009 № 160-rp “On ensuring the 2009 state support for non-profit non-governmental organizations involved in the development of civil society”).
The next small project will be about HRE, ADAPTATION OF COMPASITO AND COMPASS. It will be submitted in competition for a grant to European Youth Foundation (EYF).
